Club Almirante Brown is a sports club based in Isidro Casanova, in the La Matanza district of greater Buenos Aires, Argentina. The team plays in the second tier of Argentinian football, the Primera Nacional.

The club is named after the Irish-Argentinian Naval Admiral – William Brown, famous for leading the Argentinian navy to break the Spanish Blockade of the River Plate.

They play at Estadio Fragata Presidente Sarmiento, capacity 25,000, and in 2020 finished as champions of their league to return to the second tier.

The team was first formed in 1912 and has always played in striking black and yellow stripes.

The club wore this classy away shirt in the 2022 season when finishing 25th in the 37 team league! A year later they came within one game of the top flight, losing the 2023 championship final 2-0 after extra time to Independiente Rivadavia.
