Corporacion Club Deportivo Arturo Fernandez Vial is a football club from Chile, based in the Concepcion area in the Bio-Bio region. The club, who were founded in 1903, currently compete in the Primera B, the Chilean 2nd tier.

The club's name comes from an Admiral, who restored peace in the city of Valparaiso after violence between the state and the city's harbour workers.

Home matches are played at the Estadio Ester Roa Rebolledo, which has a capacity of 30,448.
