ATALANTA – AWAY SHIRT 2017/2018

Atalanta are an Italian club based in the northern city of Bergamo in the Lombardy region. Known affectionately as La Dea (The Goddess), the club has a proud history of developing young talent and playing an energetic, attack-minded style of football.

They share a fierce and long-standing rivalry with nearby Brescia, a fixture that has produced some of the most passionate derbies in northern Italy.

This classic white away shirt was worn during the 2017/2018 season, a campaign in which Atalanta impressed once again under the guidance of Gian Piero Gasperini. Their performances earned them a 7th-place finish in Serie A.

On the European stage, Atalanta successfully navigated a tricky Europa League group. Their journey, however, came to an end in the first knockout round, where they were narrowly eliminated by Borussia Dortmund over two closely fought legs.
