Club Colón de San Justo is an Argentinian football club based in San Justo, in the Santa Fe Province. The side competes in a Federal Amateur Regional Tournament, one of the prominent regional leagues in Argentine football.

Known locally as “El Conquistador”, Colón play their home matches at Estadio Mercedes Alesso de Bieler, a ground that has become a focal point for football in the San Justo community that can host 10,000.
