FC Emmen is a Dutch professional club based in the town of Emmen in the north-east of the country.

Founded in 1925, the club will be celebrating their 100 year anniversary in 2025.

They play home matches at De Oude Meerdijk which holds 8,600 fans.

Emmen wore this away shirt in the 2020/2021 season, as the side were relegated from the top flight of Dutch football. Emmen finished 16th out of 18 teams, meaning they faced the relegation playoffs. Despite being the top seed of the 8 teams, Emmen lost to NAC Breda in the semi-final, meaning the club dropped into the second tier.
