GENOA - AWAY SHIRT 2023/2024

Genoa CFC (Cricket and Football Club) is an Italian club based in Genoa, Liguria, which was established in 1893, so is Italy’s oldest football club.

Genoa have played all their home games at Stadio Luigi Ferraris, capacity 36,536 since 1911.  The ground has been shared with local rivals Sampdoria, since 1946.

As the club was originally set up to represent the English in Italy the original home shirts were white, as the England national team.  This later became their away colour as reflected in this shirt.

This away shirt was worn by Genoa in the 2023/2024 season, when the club returned to Serie A and secured an impressive 11th place under the leadership of Alberto Gilardino.
