GRASSHOPPERS ZURICH – SPECIAL DEBRY SHIRT 2023/2024

Swiss club, Grasshoppers, are the oldest team in Zurich and maintains a strong rivalry with FC Zurich.

The origin of their name is unknown, although the most common explanation refers to its early players’ energetic post goal celebrations and the fact that their style was nimble and energetic!

They play home matches at Letzigrund, which holds 26,000.

This special edition orange shirt was worn in the derby matches with FC Zurich, in the 2023/2024 season where the club won one and lost one of the two matches, to end local bragging rights with honours even!

Grasshoppers finished the season in 11th place which meant they had to play a relegation playoff match against FC Thun, which they won over two legs, to remain in the Swiss Super League.
