C.F. PACHUCA – AWAY SHIRT 2020/2021

C.F. Pachuca is a historic Mexican club competing in the Liga MX. Founded in 1901 by Cornish miners working in Mexico, Pachuca is widely recognised as one of the founding institutions of football in the country. Based in the central state of Hidalgo, the club is nicknamed Los Tuzos.

Los Tuzos wore this unique away kit across both the Apertura 2020 and Clausura 2021 campaigns, seasons heavily impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. In the Apertura, Pachuca struggled for consistency and finished outside the automatic qualification places, but still managed to reach the expanded playoff round (repechaje), where their campaign came to an early end.

The Clausura 2021 campaign saw improvement, with Pachuca finishing 8th in the regular standings and progressing into the knockout stages. They advanced past Club América in a notable upset before being eliminated in the semi-finals by Cruz Azul, who went on to win the title.
