TEACHERS FC – THIRD SHIRT 2026/2027

Teachers FC are an amateur football club based in the Turks and Caicos Islands, competing in the top tier of regional football, the TCIFA Premier League. The league features eight teams, all of whom, oddly, play their home matches at the TCIFA National Academy - a compact venue with a capacity of around 3,000. The most successful club in the nation’s footballing history is Academy Eagles.

The club was founded in 2012 under the name Pedagogue FC, finishing fourth out of five teams in their debut league campaign. They also enjoyed an impressive cup run that season, reaching the final before falling 4–2 to Cheshire Hall FC.

In 2013, the club rebranded as Teachers FC, but the early years proved challenging. From 2013 to 2016, they finished bottom of the table in every season except 2016, when they managed to climb to second-to-last. After another last-place finish in 2017, the club voluntarily withdrew from the league ahead of the 2018 season.

Teachers FC returned to league action in the 2021/2022 season and have since established themselves as a competitive side. In that time, they have recorded three third-place finishes and one fifth-place finish.

The 2025/2026 campaign is still ongoing as of the 9th of February 2026, but the club have already secured at least a third-place finish - and depending on remaining results, could yet achieve the best league finish in their history.

This turquoise third shirt will be worn during the 2026/2027 season, as Teachers FC look to build on their recent progress - and perhaps even challenge for an elusive TCIFA Premier League title.
