Valencia finished 9th in the league, narrowly missing out on the European places. However, their standout achievement came in the Copa del Rey, where they reached the final before losing on penalties to Real Betis after a 1–1 draw.

Gonçalo Guedes was a key attacking outlet, finishing as the club’s top scorer and assister in the league, while captain José Gayà and midfielder Carlos Soler played vital roles with their consistency and leadership. Goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili also impressed in his debut season, quickly establishing himself as the club’s number one.
